Dependant Visa for Wife

Hi I will be travelling to Luxembourg from India on work permit and I will be taking my wife on Tourist Visa. Can she work from Luxembourg? If yes then what are the documents that are required for obtaining a work permit for her and how much time does it take? Please reply.
