From Holand to Thailand - Planing to move to Hua-Hin - Heard a lot of good things about 'HH'

I am staying in Phuket. How can I travel to Hua-Hin. Bus/coach no-way! Are there any flights or do I have to fly to Bangkok first?
Does KLM (Koeninliche Luftshaaft Matrich) fly daily non-stop to Bangkok.
