Collect call to Canada HELP!

Can anyone tell me how to place a collect call to Canada? I need to go to the doctor but have to call my insurance provider first. I don't have an international calling card, and my insurance will take the collect call if I can simply figure out how to place it.

Sorry .. I tried the number .. but they also charge there. I guess that's not an option
