• hello, I just moved to netherlands.
    I bought a prepaid t-mobile sim.
do you know what is the number to call (possibly for free) in order to know how much money is there on the card?
It would be even better if it was possible to retrieve this information by sms, because still I don't understand dutch very much.

    thanks in advance

  • If you want your voice mail to be in English, just go to your T-online shop and they will do it through their IT system. For the money left in the card, the number is 1244, then press 5 to change the language and 2 to have English language.
    Hope this helps
    Good luck

  • before pressing 5, you maybe have to wait a little bit, then press 2.
I guess it worked that way to my sim card
