I am applying Visit visa to NewZealand

Heloo I am applying Visit visa for NewZealand. And we are 3 peopl so it is called group visa or Indivunal visa ? And 2nd quiston is that if i go with group visa can i come back alone ? I am CO of my company ... Thanks please reply

My self and my wife would like to visit my son in new zealand who is on a student visa. He has finished his studies and has got a visa to work there.
