• Yes and No!

  You can marry an Omani girl, provided she gets prior approval for that from Ministry of Interior, not unless and until she gets it.
  
  If she does not get the above mentioned approval from the ministry, she maybe either asked to surrender her passport, given a fine and could also get a sentence for jail as breaking a royal decree, or else asked to leave the country, meaning she can get her husband's citizenship and leave, but not remain in the country.
  
  Applying for an approval also requires her to meet with terms and conditions which you can always get them from http://www.moi.gov.om  . Or visit the ministry and get the required document and provide all the documents.

• I need advice

  I am Omani women married to a Christian and my children are also Christian. I have suffered intolerable domestic abuse from my husband and was forced to leave him. I am currently fighting through courts to be granted indefinte stay in the UK for the good welfare of my children.
  Can someone advise if my children were forced to go back to Oman what my and their lives would be like? They do not follow Arab culture and are pure Enlish. Please can someone advise?

  I am English and have lived in Oman for 3 years now, your children would have a better education and standard of living in Oman compared to UK. You are still an Omani woman and are entitled to your rights here. I have many Omani friends who are muslim but very westernised. Oman is such a beautiful country, the people are very friendly and liberal. Everybody here is well educated and most speak fluent English. You should bring your children back home, they would have a better life here.
  Also there are English schools which teach the English curriculum which many Omani girls and boys choose to take.
