marriage law for foreigners

  • hi,

    what are the marriage laws for different nationality people?
    what are the documents required?
    is there any age restriction for the bride and groom?
    does the bride require guardian's permission if she is older than 21?
    does the groom require his first wife's consent if he is marrying 2nd time?

    no,if u resided in uae. you can't marry a non muslim.because sharia law doesn't grunt marrige between muslim woman and non-muslim man
