Getting a PCC from OMAN

I worked in the Sultanate of Oman 12 to 13 years back with the Medical Director of the Sultanate of Oman's land forces HOSPITAL. I am immigrating to Canada under Sponsorship from my Son and I have been told that a Police Clearance Certificate will be required.
I cannot travel to Oman, I live in India and am
62 years old. Please advise soonest
