Go to the ROP office at the Qurum R/A or crossing as it now is. Its bang opposite the shopping area. As you go in the last building on the left will give you the PCC. You need to pay a small amount of 5/6 rials and may need an NOC from your employer alongwith photos and copies of passport etc.Anonymous24 Nov 2008, 07:43
