Portugal Building Engineers

  • We are building a villa in Portugal, we have been told that we have to have a safety report every week from a Portugese engineer this ads a cost of 500 euros a month to the project which is now running late.
    My question if anyone can help: Is this necessary when some weeks the project has little or no work done.
    Unfortunately the architect is overseeing the project for us which is a BIG BIG mistake.
    All help will be appreciated.

    Sorry I want to help you but I don´t understand your question, I´m a civil Engineer I think I can help you...but I don´t understand, can you be more clear?
