Flat/villa rental prices

I will be in Doha in 2 weeks and have been searchings the net for weeks.Realistically what will I pay for a 3 bdrm flat/villa in a compound in a decent area? S/F or F/F will do

maybe my reply will reach and you are here in Doha already, and maybe you are aware now about the prices, but they are as follow
3 bdrm flat s/f QR. 8,500/- and above. (diffecult to find it)
3 bdrm flat f/f QR. 10,500/- and above.
villas in general more than 13000/-
