My dear friend,
Do not waste ur time in oman. There is no Oral surgery / maxillofacail surgery jobs for expats in oman. U will have to work as a dentist - Do fillings and extn:s for the rest of ur stay in oman. They will post u and shift ur place of work every 2-3 months. Till u are fed up and run away. Even that will be difficult as ur passport will be with the MOH.
So plz do not go there with the idea of getting any maxillofacaial surgery job.
