how to get a visa in qatar, i have someone to sponsor

my name is gazilda am from the philippines, i have worked in dubai for almost a year. i want to work in design / construction industry in qatar, i have a friend in qatar who worked in an international construction company, he is willing to sponsor me he is a philippine national also. please help how could i acquire a visa and what are my chances for a job opportunity there, am a female. please help i need you're helpful advice my email is . thank you very much.
