Hi, I am renting an apartment in Romania and my landlord wont return my security deposit saying the property is damaged. Does anyone know of any channels I can go through to get my security back
I'm finding that if you've ever had a disagreement with your landlord you will not receive your deposit back...solution, fail to pay the last months rent; you'll not lose as much as if you paid the entire rent. Your argument for the landlord when he demands payment? You have the deposit.
