The tips are the same as with learning any other foreign language - read, listen as much as you can, go to Russia when you have achieved a certain level of proficiency and talk to native speakers. also, you could take an online course in Russian or try to find someone to talk to online. as for the list of Russian language schools, sorry, I don´t really know any, never had to go there myself
but I heard that almost all universities offer such courses, try getting in contact with them

learning Russian language
My son took university classes then went to Russia to teach English. Having an immersion experience by living in the country is the best way. In the meantime, he married a Russian girl who is fluent in English and Italian. They both worked in Poland for a year and then returned to Russia to work in Moscow. He will be home in one day for the summer and I am happy, but I know he now, after 5 years, cosiders Russia his second home. He is extremely fluent and now learning Greek. He spent a couple of weeks there visiting and will spend one more year in Russia with plans to go to the United Arab Emirates or Greece next. Very exciting. I have been able to visit different places due to all this language stuff!

A great way to learn Russian
I've studied Russian for 4 years. But one thing I lacked is humour in my conversation.

I searched through google and eventually found a website called 'Speak To Ryssian Women'. There were free click and play audio lessons and a double CD downloadable product that taught men to attract Russian women.

But I also found that the program taught grammar rules and also taught general conversation that I hadn't heard on any other program.

It teaches romantic phrases and opening conversations. It teaches you how to speak with your friends and partners families to make them like you.

I thought it was very cool to bring out these phrases and surprise the people around me and also see their reactions. I felt they loved me even more.

It made life easier when I was there.

The site is http://www.speaktorussianwomen.com

Good luck
