I am a native French teacher from Paris and I was working in a reknown language institute in Dubai (Berlitz).
I am offering private tuitions in the French language. I have several years of experience with both students from international schools and adults (1-to-1 and groups).
I use professional methodologies designed to teach non native speakers of French. One of those is actually used by the French Cultural Centers around the world. It comprises 3 books (level 1, 2 & 3) and a CD rom. Each book regroups 12 units, and takes around 120h of studies (10h/ unit).
My classes are delivered as followed: ¾ of the session: study of the lesson (reading, grammar, discussion) the last quater, exercises linked to the lesson, in order to validate the skills acquired and to correct/ review some specific points if needed. At the end of each unit, to ensure everything was well understood, the student takes a test, that I will afterward assess.The points which have not been grasped will there!fore be re-taucht before starting the next level. This methodology, aimed at adults, prepares you for the officila diplomas of French language for Foreigners (DELF).
I also have other methodologies adapted to younger learners, or in Business French.
