TRANSFER OF SPONSORSHIP

sir,
I working with company (COMPUTER PROGRAMMER) since 1999 and i have given transfer , and in 2004 my contract was expired, and i had given end of contract notice but my company did't agree to give release (transfer) to new employee. so i came back to my old company, and I have signed new contract started work from jan 2005 for five years but in my contract there is clause written I can leave after three years,
now the question is there any way to get release (transfer). or If I will go for final exit and I can come back is there NOC is requried.
