Tax Free

Does this mean that your own country will not tax you on these earnings, either?

Does Saudi have agreements such that nationals will only be taxed in a single country?

NO TAX
No Taxes to be paid inside Saudi what so ever. Dont be scammed please. I am a Saudi citizen and I know the rules here. However, for the American expats that I know, they pay for the state gov some %age of the earnings. I dont know anything about South African expats.

Hi..
The average for Saudi Citizens is around 5000-7000 SR per month, so 9000 is definitely enough. I don't know about your savings plan put expect to spend around 4000 pm for everything including housing

There is no income tax in saudi arabia at all
I am a saudi citizen and I know for sure that there is no income tax in saudi arabia. But there is tax on some goods imported to the country overseas. But all muslims in saudi or in any other country must pay 2.5% annually to poor muslims. How you pay it? its very simple, take that 2.5% and just wire-trasfer it to any one you know he/she needs money..its something between you and your god. or you just can give it to someone directly hand by hand.. No one will ask you if you paid that 2.5% or no. you can just not pay it if you are not a muslim. Its up to you.
