After I stamp an exit visa, am I allowed to go to any country or only my home country?
I recently got a visa and in order for me to leave saudi arabia, I have to obtain an exit visa. I was wondering whether I would be able to go directly to the US after I obtain an exit visa or if I may have to take a detour through my home country.
I am planned to going exit from saudi arabia. My home contry is India. Can I come back from india to saudi again through another visa? If any legal problem?

i went on exit from KSA with a paper obtained by my employer online (instead of having exit stamp on my passport), i was supposed to submitt this paper to immigration deptt at airport and against that they would stamp exit on my passport. all went fine and i came back to india, but since i was supposed to move back to KSA on a diffrent visa, the consulate in mumbai is asking me the exit paper which i have submitted to immigration department. my ikama no. was 2238533901, and my passport no. was A6579190. i am getting frustrated, as to how i should proceeed, as i was supposed to join another company latest by 5th Nov. please help. my email id is
i have obtained an exit visa from my previous employer. after 3 months i come back to saudi for new employer. what is the power of my former employer to deport (if that the worst case) me for them to put me on hold again.
Assallam u alaikum, Sajjad Malik sb could you please tell me that once you have got exit (from india airport) but not from saudia which you said you have got another paper that has got saudia exit stamp then in this case if you are travelleing to another country suppose you have got visa for 1 year to australia or france etc then will there be any problem to travel to any country? I mean what about Immigration ppl can they ask you why you have not got stamp of saudia exit on your passport ?
Hi, I left Saudi Arabia in 1993 and had resigned from my job while I had come on a vacation to India. I intend taking up a new job after 10 years. I was told by friends that to check if the previous company has filed some complaint with labour dept. If so then I could be detained while entering for the new job. Is there such a possibility and what do I do to verify if there is such a complaint, if any. Can my new employer check if anything like this exists and can they solve it if anyhing existsv?

qadeer sahad u need to have a NOC from your kafeel stating that they have no objection to u coming back to saudi on new visa. besides that, u shud have ur original degree, passport ready to submit in the saudi consulate

My problem is different, i had selected for one company in saudi & intermediate visa consultant made stamping on my passport. Now my problem arise as i got new offer from another empolyer which is good company. Is that really true? I have been told by one employer that if I leave one employer to move on to another with better benefits and better pay, that when I try to leave the country, to go to Bahrain for the new employers Visa, that my finger prints will be taken and compared and I WILL NOT BE ALLOWED back in the country to work for the new employer because I DID NOT FINISH the ONE YEAR CONTRACT with the first employer... I saw many posts related to NOC is not required now.
I am in Saudi Arabia from last 4 years, I got a new offer from different company.
So I resign my company in Aprial 2009 and went to INDIA on permanent EXIT.
I have applied for New Visa processing in india, the Agent is asking EXIT Letter ( any electronic copy of EXIT Visa ).
I said that they did not give any EXIT letter to me , I have EXIT stamp on my Passport.
Agent stile want that EXIT Letter, so my visa processing is rejected because I don’t have EXIT Letter.
Now I came to Saudi on Business Visa. Some one cane advice me
1. How can I get Exit Letter ( my company will not give this )
2. After how many months I can come on new visa
3. Why they are asking me Exit Letter ( My visa status was Computer Technician )
4. If I want to bring my family , can I bring on Visit visa ??

Could you please tell me whether N.O.C is required for Saudi embassy in Pakistan? there are different news, i have also circular of foreign office which reflectes that N.O.C restirction is finished now, but I have also heard that Saudi embassy is still asking for NOC.
