  • If i resign my company then how i can come again in KSA in another company
    I am worki in ksa since last 5 month but i am not happy with my employer that is why i want to leave this company right now. My contract is of 2 years and i have iqama of 2 years.
    How i can come back in ksa in another company and after how much time?

    Dear sir iam an Indian here in riyadh iam working here since 5years my profession is labour in iqama i had my family here due to some reason we all went bck to India & my visa & family visa got expire but my sponsor gave me a extesion letter & my visa was extended nw i dnt knw wat is the procedure to get my family here as my IQAMA is valid for 7mnths plz do give me suggestn how to put for extension wat papers are required wat paper my sponsor have to give & can it be possible with ourslf or by sme agent plz ans me iam in distress

    i worked in saudi from 1997 to 2008 march. then i went vaccation and because of my family problem i couldnt go back . now i am working in dubai. i have one good offer in saudi. can i come back to saudi. what is the limited time to reenter to saudi. pls inform me.

  • re-entry with expired visa
    I came to India for two months vacation on 16th May 2009. But I could not return due to my brothers death with in the visa period up to 08 th July 2009.

    Now I like to return on 16th Aug 2009. I am afraid that any problem will occur at the immigration to enter the kingdom through the expired visa. Can I enter now?. I am helpless.

    Please advise me regarding this.
