Procedure for working visa stamping from the Saudi Consulate General Mumbai

Sir I have been hired by an Electrical Company in KSA for the post of Electrical Sales Engineer. There was an observation made by the Consulate General Mumbai that my qualification is Electronics and Instrumentation at Grduation level and MBA wherever the employer company has mentioned Electrical Engineer in its visa application. Now rectruiting company has amended the qualification tag in my case and has intimated the Consulate General, Mumbai accordingly to my qualiication i.e. B.Tech (Electronics & Instrumentation). vide in Mar 2008 and circulated this fax to me and the company agent in Mumbai. But The same fax has no interlinking address of the Agent. Agent is stating that Consulate General will call him for visa stamping. Whether Agent should approach the Consulate General with application for visa stamping alongwith the fax copy addressed to The Consulate General, Mumbai or Consulate will call the Agent.
