it will not possible 4r u to renew, exit reentry or final exit without ur kafeel's permission. Check is there anyone who has the ligal atorni of ur kafeel, so he can do on behalf of ur kafeel.

consult with your office (mandoob) the person responsible for these government issues. I actually had a same scenario and i applied for visit visa for my mother-in-law.She is now with my wife.

First you have to visit Isteqdam office for visit application. Then go to MOFA and they are the one who will online your visa.

question. I think that you can help me to find right answer!
My name is Rasim, I am from Azerbaijan. At the present time
I work in Saudi Arabia. My company is located in Damman, but I rent a house
in Al-Khobar. I would like to bring my wife here to Al-Khobar but I can not
because I am on visit visa here, for 3 mounth. Maybe I will not get ikama and will come here again on visit visa! Because it is very difficult to get ikama in Saudi Arabia! But I had alredy had signed a conract here in this company for one year! And I will work here for one year INSHALLAH.

So I would like to ask you to help me! Who can you provide my wife with a visit visa or with ikama please?
I will be so grateful to you if you will help me! Off course I can pay money, to do this. But I don't want that my wife works! Even I don't want my wife to work anywhere!
