visit visa from my parents

I have applied visit visa through maktab istakdam (MOI) they issued me visit visa and provide me original paper of visa which I sent to pakistan but when agent took this visa to embassy they are asking to online this visa as embassy want to see it on internet. they ask me that SAR 200 would be charged to online this visa and I have to revisited istakdam. Please let me what is this what i will do to overcome this situation.
