  If u are not particlar hair cut cost abt S$8 somewhere in Jurong East near the HSBC bank.
  Take the MRT to Jurong East station n check it out.

  I'm looking for a good place to cut hair... i mean there have to be a designer.. someone creative, but not extreme i went to toni and guy before - they are not bad, but prices there are way too high... if anyone could recommend smth within 50$.
