I am a South African, and a holder of a SA passport, but I live in the UK on a permanent basis. I am interested in buying a property in SA, preferably in Eastern or Western Cape, as an investment and possibly to live in when I go home on holidays and retire to. Would I be able to apply for a mortgage in SA, if I am here?Chantelle Spinks30 Jul 2009, 01:33 - Report
