Really Want to Make Friends Here...

I'm sorry if it's a repeat, but I'm a 19 year old African American female who has lived here for about 2 months. I think it's real hard to make friend and would like to know if any stays around here and what would be a good way to get friends around my area. I guess everyone fun lives in Seoul, lol it's about 6 hours away. Please help! Thanks
