Most young Koreans can speak English a little bit. Some young Koreans speak English pretty well I think. As long as you speak English slowly, they could understand what you say. I am a Korean and I am going to go to a graduate school in the U.S. soon, so I want to learn English more and American culture. Actually, I stayed in New York for three months and Los Angeles for a year.
