Student Permit - Visa

All non European Union nationals who want to attend an academic course in Spain need to have a Student Visa/Study Permit. Once you are in the possession of this Visa/Permit, you are also permitted to have a part-time job in Spain. You can thus study and work when you have this permit.

This service includes the following:

1. You will be informed about the documents you need to hand in at the Spanish consulate in your country of origin or legal residence in order to apply for your Student Visa.

3. Once you have the Student Visa in your passport, you will be informed about the documents that are needed to apply for your Foreign Identity Student Card once you have arrived to Spain.

6. You will be assisted by a lawyer when submitting the paperwork for the application of your Foreign Identity Student Card.
7. You will be assisted by the immigration lawyer in the preparation, execution, and follow up of the fingerprint process which is part of the application.
8. The lawyer will monitor and control the proceedings of the Foreign Identity Student Card application, and will keep you updated on the state of the process.
9. You will be assisted by a lawyer at the point of receipt, when the procedures have been completed and your Foreign Identity Student Card is ready.
10. Any questions or doubts you may have regarding the application procedure will be dealt with by the immigration lawyer.
11. The lawyer will make sure your study Permit is valid, and will inform you when action is necessary for your Foreign Identity Student Card to remain valid.
