Can my Brother, a UK National Sponsor me, a Pakistani National for a Visit Visa taking full financial responsbility for me? While in the UK, can I seek a Work Permit during my stay there and accordingly convert my Visit Visa into Employment Visa or can I further extend my Visit Visa?

• My Brother, a UK National lives with his family of three dependents in Hounslow. He wishes to sponsor me for a Visit Visa to the UK to visit his family in Hounslow. My question is that can he based on his Payslips, Savings, Bank Statement and a large enough House of more than 2 rooms, sponsor me for the visit as his Brother? Also, can he sponsor me as a dependent under the EEA Family Permit Scheme, which I think would best suit me. As his elder brother, am I eligible to be sponsored by him on the basis of EEA Family Permit. I think this is better than just being sponsored as a dependent vistor because I am a Highly Skilled Worker with more than 20 years work experience in Advertising, Marketing, Sales and Marketing Communications with two major Creative Awards to my credit.
