Looking for a room in Berlin starting from October,2009

Hello World!

I've been enrolled into Master's Course in Humboldst Univerisity. The course starts in October, so I'll need accomodation in Berlin. I'm 23, originally from Belarus. I'm looking forward for any advice- what are the approximate rent rates, how to find the most appropriate accomodation, or even roommates )
will be grateful for any info!
