ING is just a franchise badly operated. HSBC is a REAL bank!

I am sure you are allowed your opinion, and I am NOT am member of ING yet!!!! ...But you should not accuse soemone of things that are untrue...please read this quote from the ING page...I am positive that they would not be allowed to call themselves a bank if they were NOT????

Also I have been with HSBC for a long time, they have changed over the years (formerly The Midland Bank), I feel they have lost all form of personal service...the rates are very high except of course for your savings...so maybe you should be a little more open-minded, and let others judge for themselves???

Just wanna put in my 2 cents. I've been with ING for years now and have had nothing but good come out of it. They haven't charged me a penny after all these years and I've probably made about $100 a year with them. And that's just interest from saving my money with them.

Now as for other banks, they always charge what ... $12 a month to ... protect MY money, lol. No, they're greedy assholes that make billions of dollars in profit every year!! And they still have the nerve to charge you bank fees every month! OMFG!
Sorry I hate banks! They steal your money legally! That's all it is.

Sorry. they just don't feel like a real bank. I don't feel like I can truct them at all. but then again, you can't trust any bank.

is very primitive. We all know it, internet banking sucks here, just as the endless costs.
A friend of mine has extra people employed just to do the banking for his firm. In europe this would never happen.
