The Client Provides:

* Soft bank reference on bank comfort letter (BCL) or bank tear sheet signed by two bank officers
* History of fund, CIS, Resume of project, Letter with Indication ways of using financial instrument, Number of verification
* Notarized letter, with the signature and seal about NOT presentation of the financial instrument (Letter of Indemnity) in which contains the obligation of the client to take financial instrument with due care, and about NOT the presentation of the financial instrument for payment and return of the financial instrument of bank without any liens and encumbrances of any kind whatsoever, 15 bank days before ending of term of leasing by the financial instrument, if the financial instrument will not be repaid or prolonged under the additional contract.

What I would like to propose is something that will not place you or any of your providers at risk.

If your company can send over the pre-advise I will pay all fees/rates/brokers/call options in full within 72 hours of receiving the pre-advise. I do not need an skr if it is not available. I am o.k. with solely the pre-advise. My bank will tell me that the instrument checks out and I will pay all fees immediately! This will take my bank and I no longer than 72 hours.


Therefore your company does not have to worry about:

• Call option complications
• Pre-advise fees
• POF for me to show capacity to pay
• Bank promissory notes being sent
• Fees not being paid upon delivery of the instrument
• Anything that will pro-long or prevent you from being paid

I will take on all risk. The only thing that I ask is thatyou provider prove that:

• The instrument is legitimate
• The instrument is transferrable and assignable
• I can trade/monetize the instrument without complication
• The instrument has no liens or encumbrances
• The instrument will be sent to the specified coordinates immediately upon receipt of leasing fees

ALL FEES INCLUDING SWIFT WILL BE PAID BANK TO BANK UPON RECEIPT OF THE PRE-ADVISE
