amsterdam expensive?

  • hi,

    i want to live in holland for a couple of years and i am looking for a place to stay. In the end i want to buy a own house in amsterdam. Is this expensive?

    William, yes a house in Amsterdam will be expensive.
    As this is a huge city, and houses in cities are more expensive than those in little towns.

    Amsterdam is the most expensive place in Holland. maybe look for a rental place first (www.Pararius.com) or if you really want to buy this is a website of a broker who also deals with foreign clients that want to buy in Amsterdam: www.jlgrealestate.com
