Eligibility for healthcare

I have arrived in London last week (Business Visa valid for 180 days) and my wife is accompanying me ( Tourist visa valid for 180 days).We intend to stay her for a couple of months or so.
Assuming that I don't get covered by my country insurance (due to complex clauses), it would be wonderful if you could guide me on our eligibility regarding getting treatment / checkups / consultancies in UK (like say any gynecological complications for her) which might occur during our stay here, and how should I go about getting treated. In case, there need to be cash costs to be borne by us, I would like to have an approx estimate of the same.
