I think the Borough of Camden knows very well who lives and owns every single building in their jurisdiction... They have to, in order to levy Council taxes... So I trust them.
We can see listed the address of the street, and there's not even a "30" per se. There's a "29-35" which could include 30, but none has this postal code.
This woman "Louise Millar" is most likely a con artist waiting for your money from abroad, exploiting the fact you are desperate to find a cheap place in Central London.
And I'm willing to bet that she will offer this place at an unbelievable price. Jsut to make it more appealing.
