hemodialysis in belgium

I and my son are going to visit Belgium for a long period of time (6-12months). He needs hemodialysis 3 times a week. We have a European Health Insurance Card from the National Health Insurance Fund in Bulgaria. I’d like to ask you what other documents we need so he can receive a hemodialysis treatment in Belgium.
