my husband is working in namur, belgium but is not on belgian pay roll henec he is not paying any social security. we need medical insurance for our five month old baby who is born in india. please help me out as we are not able to find the insurance companies from where we can get the insurance. one insurance company is asking for 200 euros a month which is too expensive.
