Moving to Canada to live and work there

• Hello, I'm a 47 year old musician with the Guanajuato University Symphony Orchestra, my wife is an elementary school teacher and our children Reyna, 16, Jorge, 17, are in senior high school. I can speak and understand english well. I speak little french, italian and I'm learning mandarin. We would like to know whta we can do in order to apply for moving to Canada. I would highly appreciate any information concerning the subject.
