Canadians are what I will call a bunch of "conservative liberals" (an oxymoron). In a sense the culture about being Canadian is extremely polite. (Haven't you noticed that Canadians say "I am sorry" for everything?)
On the other half, there is no more open minded culture in north america.
Oh well, that is my opinion (and I am not Canadian)
Well i too agree that canadians are too stingy coz im working in a s/w development company and i deal with US and canadian clients , Im my experience the 100's of canadian clients i saw are stingy and they call it as wise investment.. By the way iam an Indian
