Milano Assicurazioni was founded in Milan in 1825 and was one of the first insurance companies to operate in Italy. Traditionally the insurer for the milanese business community, with a particular vocation for assuming industrial risks, the Company later expanded its activities into the mass market. The Company operates throughout Italy with a nationwide network of 1,500 tied agencies organized under five well-nown commercial brand names (Milano, Nuova Maa, La Previdente, Italia and Sis).
