Hi Guys,
I am from the uk and am applying for a spouse visa (me and my kiwi g/f are getting married in a couple of weeks) I am on a working holiday visa in auckland which run's out in the start of Oct.
We are applying for the apouse visa in about 4 weeks or so (waiting for police check from the uk and ) as far as I know it takes anything up to 4 months for them to give you the visa.
But do they provide a bridging visa so i can stay and work in the NZ while they make a decision on my spouse visa or will i have to apply for another visa?
