I have a room to sublet for 7 months (13th of July 2009-31st of January 2010).

It is located on the eastern side of Maastricht inbetween the train station(5min walk) and the faculty of health and life sciences(5mins cycling). Very close to the centre as well (5mins cycling). The room is in a student house at the Heugemerweg 45, facing the street. The price for the room is 300euros per month...everything included(even a cleaning lady!).

There is furniture in the room like a bed (single and double) an L-shaped sofa, desk, 2 drawers and bookshelves.
