My husband wants to study a master in TU Delft, I would like to know if it is a good idea to stay in Den Haag or Rotterdam, since we also need a school for our children. So considering all the services we need I want to know wich city is less expensive.
The Hague is probably much more expensive. Rotterdam though is bigger and has more housing to offer in every price range.
