i showed my bank statement of 350 pound at time of filing, but i spent that money in my daily use will it effect my visa.

actually i got arefusal letter from the BHC stating that i didn't provide any information whether i'll leave U.K. or not after 2 years and what will happen to my family if i leave my them behind, and i didn't submit any releaving letter from my current employer and stating that my current employer will take me in after finishing of my 2 years visa.
these are the only reasons they refuse my applicatio, they gave me a chance of appeal and i am filing it on monday please do help me out how can i appeal to win the case.

Those who have been provided with a form to reappeal, you can do that within 28 days of your rejection. You are required to fill AIT-2 form. Apart from that you have to go through the reasons they have provided for refusing you into UK. Accordingly you can make your case stronger against their decision and courier it to the Uk embassy.
I do assist in reappealing as well after going through your profile and the reason for rejection. So as to get the decision , it will take 2-3 months. Getting visa after rejection is not guaranteed. My consultancy charge for the same is 20K INR out of which you have to pay 8k INR which is non refundable. Once you get your visa you have to pay rest 12K INR.

I think it is better if one researches the WHM visa procedure THOROUGHLY before applying… I read here that some one has applied with 350 pounds as bank balance!!!! I am simply amazed... Min. balance required to apply for this visa is at least 3000-4000 pounds... any one who has done slight research on this subject would know that...
For the benefit of people looking at this thread, I have posted a list of 6 BASIC documents you should keep ready before applying for WHM visa… please go to the link below to read about it
The above link will give you an idea of what you need to prepare BEFORE applying for the visa... there is no point in applying in a hurry without doing proper research and then regretting in leisure... Will you attend an exam without preparing fist? Visa application is also like that... and the UK consulate is tightened its procedures, so it will PAY to do this in a proper way.
So people… I request you to thoroughly read all forums on the internet, take time to talk to a few consultants abt this visa, think clearly if you want to spend a year in UK as holidaymaker bcos the job scene in UK is very difficult now… this is not a visa to apply in hurry, it’s a life-changing decision, lots of factors go into it, so please don’t do this in haste…
And please don’t consider the WHM as an easy way to get into UK, it is definitely not.. and that attitude somehow shows in your documents, and it’s very easy for a seasoned visa officer to find it out… I read about this comment in a interview with the New Delhi British condulate officers, it was aired in some Indian TV channel sometime ago…
So after careful consideration… if you still want to apply, then you can confidently go ahead and do it with peace of mind… . ALL THE BEST!
