Working along side the Head of Human Resources you will lead on a change project to transition our clients HR offering to the business. Leading on all aspects of transactional HR, this project will include changing the way HR is perceived in the organisation and gaining buy in from key stakeholders. You will be a senior Human Resources generalist with strong Employee Relations knowledge and have worked in a unionised environment.
