Nor will you have to be worried about the unloading of your goods once they have arrived at their destination.
On the arrival of your goods there are some customs-formalities that must be dealt with before your goods can be effectively delivered to your new home. If you decide to move with De Haan Removals one of our highly skilled move consultants will visit you at your home and carefully go through every aspect of your removal with you. Any questions you have concerning for example the transport of pets, packing pianos or paintings will be answered. During this visit so-called ‘techmates’ will be used. Techmates are computerised systems which we use to accurately establish the volume (m3) of your consignment and thus prevent any surprises in this respect later. Furthermore we then also assess the loading situation at your home and determine what additional equipment will be necessary on the day of your removal so that your removal can take place smoothly and without a hitch;

After you have accepted the quotation we settle on a move date with you and your personal account manager/move co-ordinator will then contact you. Your move co-ordinator will remain your main contact within our organisation for the duration of your moving process and will act as an intermediary.
