At the end of September or end of October I will be moving from United States to Switzerland
to take a Post-Doctoral position at ETZ-Zurich. I will be moving with my wife, 6-month old child
and (this is very important!) with a friendly Dalmatian dog.
I'm searching for a 2-bedroom pet-friendly apartment for a long-term lease (1 year minimum, 3 years
more likely). I'm searching for an apartment, close to ETH-Hönggerberg (in the vicinity of Höngg,
Hönggerberg, Hürst, Seebach, Oerlikon, Opfikon etc.) with:
1) laminated or parquet flooring (carpeting is not an option)
2) an in-door washing machine (or at least with possibility to install it)
3) 1-st floor (not necessary but desired)
4) brick or concrete walls (not plasterboard walls, which are so popular in US)
5) close to park or woodland (not necessary but highly desired)
6) with water-heated radiators (not hot air-conditioning)
7) possibility to connect to internet
