my friend is holding a tourist visa and she's in new zealand 3 months ago. it is possible to grant her a work visa while her visa is a tourist? and how long the work visa valid? according to her they have job offer. So how was it? is it their tourist visa change to work visa or its just a temporary work permit as a tourist or work visa?
