In my research I found that many agents add on massive un-reasonable amounts of commission on top of their properties. They are reluctant to tell you the amounts they add on, they usually say something like, 'dont worry the vendor pays our commission, you just pay the advertised fee'
This isn't true, so be careful!

Im thinking of moving to valencia area
could someone please tell me how hard or easy it is,should i do a 6 month stay first, i have been told i can do this without doing anything paper work etc is this so please advise,
