Moving to Spain

In my research I found that many agents add on massive un-reasonable amounts of commission on top of their properties. They are reluctant to tell you the amounts they add on, they usually say something like, 'dont worry the vendor pays our commission, you just pay the advertised fee'

This isn't true, so be careful!

I did find a company which have properties all over and they help you look in areas where they don't have properties.

They are very honest and will tell you all about commissions, fees, and give you free legal advise. The after sales service was very reasonable.

The company is called Acsentra and their website is www.acsentra.com

We haven't yet bought our property, we are waiting until we have sold our property in Wales. But we used Acsentra also, and they are very helpfull, we have 3 children and they gave us lots of advice about placing them in new schools.

moving to spain
hi all,

when we researched into moving to spain i had numerous calls from foreign exchange companies explaining how they can provide better rates than banks, this is true but i was quoted GBP - Eur rates from 1.39 to 1.45, in the end a friend told me about currencyfinder.co.uk. This is a search engine and it provided me with the best rates and services from companies. This may help people when moving anywhere in the world and trust me you will save time and money.

I looked for properties on the Costa del sol and was very impressed about the service of ADH.
They gave us also all the information about removal companys, international schools in all different areas.

Even after buying, the aftersales care was fantastic (own furniture shop with free delivery, builders,...)
Try them out!

Real estate in Spain
The Costa Blanca, on the east coast of Spain, is one of the most beautiful regions of the entire Iberian Peninsula. It enjoys more than 315 sunshine days a year and an average temperature of 18-19C so it is fit to live there.
