How to Find an Apartment in Zurich

Finding an descent Apartment seems to be very Difficult. I already sent some time but haven`t been succesful yet. My german is not to good yet. Sofar i daily check the email list compiled by http://zurich-apartment.deetee.de

Do you have any better idea? Maybee sharing an apartment would be a good deal?

Decent apartment in Zurich ?

What are you actually looking for ? I have an appartment in Kreis 1, very center, with private parking. 1 main room, 1 bedroom, one office + kitchen and bath. It is furnished and has a hispeed internet connection and digital TV.
Are you interested ? Price : 4200 FCH all included. This is a sub rent offer that can range from 3 months to 1 year.

About the apartment

I would also be interested, now this all included, It would be subrented. I would have to be registered at the local city hall? Or could i move right in?

I'm looking for a apartment somewhere in zwitserland. I dont mind where, I have a company i do business in America. altho becuase of the bad European Taxes, My advantage is gone. SO i'm planning on moving to Switserland. Now i know if i would be Renting a house/apartment i would have to be registered within 8 days. And have to show them i have a income from my company. Would this apply for this too becuase i'd rather try it out 1 year before i would actually getting registered. Please let me know.
